Fronius India Celebrates the Successful Completion of its skilling project, FACT, batch 4: Empowering Women in Welding

Fronius India, a subsidiary of Fronius International GmbH, has successfully completed its skilling project, FACT, batch 4. The programme was designed to recognise and reward participants for their hard work and accomplishments, particularly for selecting "welding" as a career.

A 45-day Structured Training Programme:  The Batch 4 training programme commenced on September 25, 2023 and concluded on November 30, 2023. This 45-day structured training programme attracted a diverse group of students from all corners of India-24 students was dominated by females (16 in total) , highlighting its inclusiveness and relevance.

• Diverse Participation: The programme attracted students from various backgrounds, demonstrating the inclusiveness and relevance of the initiative.
• Comprehensive Curriculum: Participants gained a holistic understanding of welding through a well-rounded curriculum that covered both theoretical and practical aspects, as well as essential skills for mental health, cyber security, and soft skills.
• Expert Guidance: Renowned industry experts served as mentors and instructors, providing participants with high-quality guidance and insights.
• Placement Assistance: Fronius India goes the extra mile by facilitating placement opportunities for programme graduates. Several participants have already secured promising employment in the welding sector.
• 100% Scholarship Programme: Fronius India fully supported the entire Programme by offering a 100% scholarship, making it accessible to deserving students who might otherwise struggle to afford such specialised training.
