Fronius Canada Ltd. : Local roots – global network

Fronius Canada was established on October 31, 2007 in Mississauga, Ontario with the formation of the welding division. The solar energy division was added in 2010 when Ontario passed the Green Energy Act, creating the first stable PV market in Canada.

Our Canadian office has more than 35 staff working for both divisions, and boasts a 22,000 square foot warehouse, training facility, welding lab and repair facility. The Fronius Smart Solution is the combination of cell-string optimized modules, the Fronius Rapid Shutdown Box, a Fronius SnapINverter, the optional Fronius Smart Meter and the Fronius Solar.web online monitoring portal.

Due to the modularity of the Fronius Smart Solution, it adapts to your specific needs. You have the ability to choose the components you need and optimize your entire system design while maintaining a minimal number of components. Get flexible system design, shade mitigation, NEC compliance, best performance and state-of-the art monitoring with the lowest number of components and the easiest installation on the market.

As the technology leader, Fronius is renowned for developing leading edge welding systems and processes that can join materials our competitors can’t. Fronius welding systems help eliminate spatter, improve quality and reduce re-work.

We specialize in arc welding, and offer manual, robotic and automated welding solutions to the automotive, pipeline and general fabrication industries. In Canada, Fronius works directly with manufacturers to provide comprehensive welding solutions.

Fronius is a complete solutions provider of mechanized welding, helping clients manage material handling, welding processes and system controls. Our automation systems deliver unmatched welding arc performance, maximum production throughput and weld quality.

Fronius has evolved from its small beginnings as a family company into an international organisation. Our global workforce now comprises of more than 5600 professionals with 36 subsidiaries and sales representatives in more than 60 countries worldwide.
